Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply browse our collections, select your size and quantity, then click Add to Cart. When you're ready, click the cart icon and proceed to Checkout.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
A: We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change or cancel, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. We’ll do our best to help.

Q: Do I need an account to order?
A: No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders and save your details for faster checkout in the future.


📦 Shipping

Q: Where do you ship?
A: We currently ship to United states and Canada.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Shipping times vary by location:

  • USA & Canada: 3–7 business days

  • Note: Processing takes 1–2 business days before shipment.

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75. Shipping costs for orders under that amount will be calculated at checkout.

Q: Will I receive a tracking number?
A: Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

Q: How do I choose the right size?
A: Each product page includes a size chart. Please refer to it before ordering. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

Q: Will items be restocked?
A: Popular items may be restocked. You can sign up for restock notifications on the product page or follow us on social media for updates.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Sale items are final sale.

Q: How do I start a return or exchange?

Q: Do you offer free returns?
A: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
